Rates:
The support services available by telephone include:
-Software support
-Assistance with standard reports
-Customized reports
-Data repair (Minor)
Charges for telephone/remote support are billed in quarter hour
increments with a 15 minutes minimum. Currently our standard charge is
$85.00 per hour. Onsite rate is 115.00 with 30 minute
minimum. Please be aware that time
spent researching problems off the telephone may also be
billable (this is a standard practice with most companies). The
